Refund & Cancellation Policy

How subscriptions, trials, credits, and lifetime purchases are cancelled and refunded.

Cancelling subscriptions

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel billing first to avoid further charges.

Free tier

The Free plan requires no payment and may be used without a card. No refunds apply.

Free trials

When a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Trial length and eligibility are shown at checkout.

Credit packs

Purchased credits are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once consumed or partially used. Unused credit packs may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack were spent — contact support.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime access grants Premium-tier features for the life of the Lovina service (as defined at purchase). Lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used paid features (e.g. fewer than 50 messages or equivalent). After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where law requires.

Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Accounts associated with abusive chargebacks may be suspended.

EU/UK statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under EU, EEA, or UK law, including rights during a statutory withdrawal period where applicable.
