Treat companions and other users with dignity. Harassment, hate speech, slurs targeting protected groups, and threats are prohibited.

Do not request or share content that:

• Exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors in any way.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or instructions for serious harm.
• Violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Facilitates illegal activity (fraud, drugs where illegal, weapons, etc.).

Do not use Lovina to generate deepfakes or impersonations of real people without their consent.

Companions are AI. When sharing content outside the app, do not present it as human-created or as a real person.

Do not share another person’s private information (doxxing). Do not attempt to extract other users’ data or probe our systems.

Spam, automated scraping, credential sharing, and attempts to bypass paywalls or safety filters are prohibited.

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or account termination. Appeals: safety@lovinaai.com.
