Lovina AI ("Lovina", "we", "us") operates https://lovinaai.com as a platform where companion conversations, images, audio, and video are generated through artificial intelligence.
No real human beings are portrayed, filmed, photographed, or otherwise depicted in the creation of AI-generated content available through the Service. All such content is produced algorithmically based on user prompts, companion settings, and machine-learning models.
Federal law exemption
Because Lovina does not produce, publish, or distribute content depicting actual human performers engaged in sexually explicit conduct, the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to AI-generated material on our platform.
This exemption does not diminish our zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content depicting minors, or any illegal content as described in our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
User responsibility
You are solely responsible for your prompts and use of AI-generated outputs. Attempts to generate prohibited content — including material depicting minors or non-consensual acts — violate our Terms and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities where required.
