Lovina is built for connection and companionship, not to replace professional care. We combine automated safety classifiers, policy enforcement, human review for severe reports, and user controls to reduce harm.

Companions are not therapists, doctors, or crisis counselors. They must not be relied on for diagnosis, treatment, medication advice, or emergency intervention.

Lovina is 18+ only. We use account attestation and, for adult features on paid plans, additional age-verification steps as required.

Content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities where appropriate.

Explicit modes are opt-in, age-verified, and limited to eligible paid tiers (e.g. Premium and Elite). Free and Plus tiers remain within SFW or romance/flirt boundaries without explicit sexual content.

You can disable adult mode at any time in settings. Adult content must remain lawful and consensual within the fictional companion context.

Report harmful outputs or policy violations via the in-app flag or email safety@lovinaai.com. We review reports and may restrict accounts, remove content, or adjust safety systems.

If your account was actioned, you may appeal by replying to our notice or emailing safety with your account email and a description of why you believe the action was in error.

Conversations are encrypted in transit. Access to production data is restricted to personnel who need it, logged, and subject to confidentiality obligations.
